It's pointless applying for a position/s on their website, I've discovered that directly after applying for few positions advertised, the same positions listed on your Application History, show as unavailable. Why is it still advertised? This seems to be a regular occurrence with newly advertised positions. Either unavailable or pending. When querying this matter with their staff, whom are not very friendly. State that "it's a technical error". It sure seems to be a constant "technical error".My candidate no. is 155247

The consultant seemed to be irate with my occasional call-in to see if there's any vacancies available though it was recommended by her that i call. Some agencies need to understand that placing a candidate is actually not a favour but a partnership that benefits them as well.

Website is honestly so hard to use and staff are not friendly and helpful! I eventually just gave up as I don’t know how many times my apilocation would not go through!

I am happy with Service thus far, Consultant requested my updated Resume and account activation on website via email after seeing it on news 24 and once I replied with yes the consultant setup my account the same day. I applied for a vacancy an hour later and the following day the consultant confirmed an interview date for me.
