I spoke with a Linda and she was so rude. I called to help get an understanding of some paper work that I got and she was not helpful at all. All I was trying to do was figure out what i needed to do next and she was not nice at all nor did she apologize for inaccurate information that she gave me. I didn’t understand anything she was telling me, especially the legal terms that she used. I asked her to explain it to me because i didn’t understand and the only thing she kept saying to me was “I already told you!” Here is a tip: your staff should learn to be respectful and maybe you could have more success. There is no need for anyone to be nasty especially when I was calling to help get the issue resolved.

This credit service agency is completely illegitimate. I have spoken to multiple representatives and given them clear detailed information in regard to an account that was sold to them. they refused to investigate and always side with the the disputing companies that has abused the monies of the customers. I get negative terrible attitudes and customer service and never have any resolve. Resulting in negative errors on credit reports that then have to be disputed by the credit bureau

I found that I was treated with respect. No one wants to find themselves dealing with a debt in collections or in court, but life happens. Bottom line is that a service was provided & the creditor was entitled to payment for those services.

First time dealing with this company got a call yesterday the lady wasn’t rude so I don’t know why everyone is saying they are rude. My only issue is your website doesn’t work. I only pay bills online. Not convenient when your website is not working properly. I guess I’ll have to call back. Wanna take care of my debt but cannot do it thru your website—update just spoke with their customer service not one person I have spoken to has been rude, she was professional answered all my questions and helpful. Pay yo bills people you won’t have a issue

Insanely rude customer service. I understand the industry but when there still has to be a level of customer service and understanding. The lady I spoke to ridiculed my income making the statement "thats all you really make" and then made the statement that if you can give me x amount we will just get a judgment against you anyways.

The woman I've spoken with twice doesn't know the account configurations and what I actually owe. She's extremely rude and asks inappropriate personal questions that go way beyond normal collecting of collection information. Will look into how to report this. Also, they refuse to take a $50 a month payment arrangement. What!?! What bill collector refuses payments? I'm protected from garnishment and offering to pay through automatic withdrawals on my own, but they don't want it. Unreal! Never heard of collections not collecting! How are they even in business? They must not serve their paying clients well if they refuse payments like this! The woman was boasting how they can still sue me a decade from now if my situation improves. I bet the original creditor loves that- waiting a decade to be paid, versus taking my $50 a month right now. What an insanely inappropriate business practice, which is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I'd rather keep my $50, so thank you, United Credit Services!
