I was involved in an automobile accident, on the Friday morning following thanksgiving. I placed a 911 call and asked that an officer be dispatched to the location. They did, the officer was courteous and very professional.The officers sergeant took over the investigation.( Special thanks to sergeant SCOTT GLOWINKE star #451). Through your intervention, my insurance claim was processed and claim paid.You were professional, patient, and caring. The university police department should be honored, to have you as a team leader. Thank you sir.

Where did you guys get your "officers" from ford heights

Most inept police department. I had an incident on the road earlier where someone was road raging me, I called this department to report it as we were pulling into THEIR PARKING lot. Two officers came out of the building, when the other person saw them coming out of the building, he speed off without the officers doing anything about it. When I asked why they didn't do anything, all they said is "he got away" and told me that it was my fault. Great job protecting and serving
