After 20 years of having my taxes done with this company I could not get a straight answer from Mr .Tim Unnerstall about how he let my soon to be ex husband file my taxes without me even being notified or asked any questions about my taxes or being told they were being prepared and filed separate on my behalf. Tim Unnerstall used profanity and showed a true lack of professionalism when talking with me on the phone and hung up after telling me to come pick up my taxes. I arrived 2 hrs later to be told they were mailed instead and now with a week to file I have to try to locate them at the post office because Tim sent them certified mail and I was not home to sign for them . I would never recommend this company again to anyone .
