Applied 8/5/18 and ive called and provided document after document just to be told "we're waiting" its now SEPTEMBER 17TH!!! I've had to use a major part of my budget on food which has forced me to apply for financial support which, get this, PUSHES MY SNAP EVEN FURTHER! Ive been patient for weeks now. I know the CO child support has most to do with this wait so ive provided item after item to satisfy their needs to see this case through. I called every single day last week and waited through their phone lines. I have spent hours with this so understand my frustration when the following occurs today (monday 9.17.18)Today at 12:50pm i call and wait appx 10-15 min on hold for next available agent. She comes on the line and says, "hello" so i start speaking why i'm calling. It goes silent then connects to a 'how was service" i said terrible of course. 1st: if bad connection, why not say, "hello" a second time? 2: if call was lost obviously i wasn't assisted. 2nd call: "5 calls ahead 7 min wait" after my reasonable wait, phone rang one time then sent to a silent hold. I waited 17min on that silent hold before disconnected. I gave another poor rating. 3rd call: ("2 calls 5 min wait") hung up on immediately after first ring. 4th call: ("no calls ahead") after ring, sent to silent hold again only this time I sat there 27 minutes until i initiated the hang up. 5th call: ("calls ahead 13 min wait") rang through to an answer. I explained i was frustrated due to the amount of trouble i had getting through and she literally ignored my request to file a technical issue and continued on as if my wasted hour and a half meant nothing. It was clearly purposeful!I was told due to my new financial application my snap was pushed to a different dept. What!? Grrrr....Also: they have connected cases that are unrelated. If i can see my exes personal info, i wonder if he can see mine!?My 22 month son is labeled as "unborn" which means no medical benefit for my son who needs to see a doctor now!Do i call and get nowhere again!?

It was always difficult to find someone to ask a question in person. But once you did they seemed to try and help. I've had to deal with them a couple of times, and it wasn't always great, but also wasn't always terrible.

The phone number leads you to an automated system that does not allow you to reach a human at all to ask question this is a huge error.
