They seem to know what they are doing,however they could not answer simple questions like registration expiration. Also charges a 3% fee if you do not pay with cash. Since when does a bank charge you to deposit a check in your account? And does not understand that a debit card transaction is the same as cash-money is deposited directly into your account. If her processor is charging for this transaction she needs to find another. My processor does not charge me for debit card transfers at my business. I had to call the state to get answers to my questions about registration. Not a good thing when these people are taking titles to vehicles. Fees are high but then Pennsylvania cant even handle registering vehicles. The state government here is a sorry example. State motto-"We have never met a tax we didn't like!"
