Sadly, from start to finish, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I was notified by the IRS that they never filed my taxes. I needed help filing my first year as a non-profit. I did lots of leg work, everything that was asked of me. I paid in what was required only to get a letter the following year stating that they IRS had my money but never received my taxes. I also did my personal taxes and they lost my paperwork and after calling several times finally got someone to email me my personal taxes. Many calls, many emails, many excuses. Bummed.
