My family and I have lived here for 5 years. We really enjoyed our time here as this apartment complex is very well kept inside and out. We never had any serious problems with our apartment and we lived on ground level. Staff are always polite and and always want to help. Schools are great and the elementary school middle school and high school are within 3 minute drive from eachother, close to shopping and the Potomac River in Algonkian Regional Park. Close to Rt 7 and Rt 28. close to walking paths and a few parks. Neighborhood is quiet and grounds are well cared for. They are in process of putting new roof shingles and they re paved entire neighborhood. I would recommend leasing here.
