So far I am disappointed not with the facility itself but the leasing professionals. I have been calling to find out more information and schedule a walk through of the facility and it's been 4 hours with no returned phone call, no one answering their phones at all connecting me to a repetitive generic answering machine. I have also exhausted my options with their live chat on the website with no help there either, claiming to have no access to the questions I'm asking as well as connecting me to the generic answering machine as beforehand. I am highly disappointed that it's taken this long to receive a response from such a highly rated facility.

This place is nice. But it has the worst A/C ever. I have been setting my A/C at 88 degree. And let it work at least four hours. However the temperature never go above 67 degree. Right now I can feel cold wind come out of the A/C . I have reported this to the management group. They set a service guy. And that service guy keep saying : “this is how the system works. There is nothing I can do. This is not any issue of this A/C system. I can tell this a/c works very well”. Now I have a question. What kind of functional A/C use four hours to warm up from 64 degree to 67 degree?

These townhomes are NOT worth what you pay. Do NOT stretch your money thin just to live in a place that looks nice. They do NOT do a good job with actually fixing things in your home. You're always put last. Everything in this house has broken just by looking at it. I leaned on the wall, it dented...I opened the closet door, it broke of the hinges. We don't even have secure front and back doors! If you push them hard enough they can be opened!!

The property manager Autumn Robinson makes this place unbearable. Very demanding and disrespectful lady. She gives residents unreasonable orders and talks complete nonsense! Do not be deceived with any of the facilities on this property because she doesn't allow you to actually use them. So many unreasonable rules and restrictions on the pool, gym....etc. She wouldn't give out the corporate number worrying you would let them know how she treats residents. No matter what other advantages I see in this place, I can't wait to leave it as soon as my lease is up. I'm honestly surprised how this place is wasted because it is managed by a horrible person.

Great place to live. Very peaceful. Pool is nice and always clean. Gym is small but offers great equipment with 24hr access. Grounds are always well maintained. And for being townhome living I'm grateful that the walls aren't paper thin like previous places I've lived. Highly recommend!
