VIVA was incredibly patient in educating me on the regulations as well as my obligations as company owner and employer.
What would you change about the experience?
Most importantly - they provided definitive advice on how exactly I should go about setting up my business in a very clear step by step guide. And every single step of the way was executed by them or with their help in an utterly clear and professional manner.
Overall Feedback:
5/5 star will use them again without hesitation. In my case, I had to incorporate a Vietnamese entity without knowing the landscape, local regulations, HR and payroll laws or even my duties as an employer.
