If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m starting to believe the “racist” reviews under the other locations. I went into the Lancaster location a week ago and was told my resume would be sent to their client. I had to contact the recruiter to get an update. Here it is a week later I still am having to do all the work. I’ve sent a number of emails and called a few times as well. I was told that the client didn’t respond to the email in regards to the position that was sent for me. So I applied to positions at the Dallas, Arlington and Richardson location. I was told to contact those locations to follow up in regards to the positions. I contacted the this location and was told that the positions had been filled, positions I JUST applied to last night. The recruiter didn’t bother looking up any other work for me, just said they are filed and she’ll put it in my file that I want an office job instead of looking more into things for me. I have years of customer service/call center experience so that shouldn’t be a problem. I’m definitely starting to think the other reviews are true. Looking for employment is very stressful but even more stressful when u seek for help and it’s not given. I won’t contact this company again
