UPDATE RESPONSE TO VTAX: VTAX as his wife and assistant. / office manger it is my responsible it get in contact with our contacts when he is busy, and as I see it this was the only way to reach out to a pervious contact since his calls where left unanswered or IGNORED, Thank you!This tax office isn’t professional at all! We had to take business else where back in April due to personal issues in the family. Meanwhile, we were paying for business services and bookkeeping from the months of January to March. We recently received a letter from the IRS stating the haven’t received payment for our first quarter. Have been trying to get in contact with them twice now and still no call back. It’s just a simply call back stating if you made the payment or not! It’s not that hard!
