A Manager we had hired used W-2 Accounting because they were local and did want want to use our "high priced" firm. You get what you pay for. I don't really blame Tim, but it is quite frustrating that the numerous requests for the general ledger went unfulfilled, while the manager ran the company into the ground. Using Tim as a shield. Maybe that's what he paid for, who knows.
