We have gone through Shelly's office twice now to get our taxes done. The first time we went we were told our taxes were put on hold because she went on vacation, which is fine everyone deserves a vacation, but it would have been nice if someone would have told us what was going on. The second time after the taxes had been filed we received a letter from the IRS and we emailed Shelly and not surprisingly no response was ever received. I don't recommend her services as she doesn't seem to be very committed to her clients and doesn't seem to want her clients continued business.
