Lousy Temp agency I've worked at all of them and this one is pathetic. The only reason they have such a high rating is they will give you a prize if you give them a five star review. They don't have any work for the working man. Also they waste your time making you do 2 hours worth of paperwork for nothing. Don't believe the hype about this temp agency. They don't have any work.

My experience with Wal-Staf was extremely disappointing. I applied in June of 2017. A few weeks went by without a word and then I called and received a call back asking if I would be interested in a part-time position, not temporary. I was told the job was about 20 hours and I was a perfect fit. However after making the effort for an interview with the firm they told me they wanted nearly 40 hours. Just enough to not pay benefits. But between my interview and finding that out about 3 weeks went by. No word. So a few months later, after never hearing from them, I get a call asking if I am still interested in temp work and chiding me for not calling in weekly. Hmmmm. I was not told I needed to call weekly. I would not recommend wasting your time unless you doggedly pursue them, which I didn't realize I should have done. Lesson learned.

Connie, Susie, and Kerry are all great! They all work diligently to find you an opportunity that is not just a job; however, they match your skillset with a position that is a great fit for you and you a good fit for the employer. I am extremely pleased where they have placed me after being in Gainesville for 3 years and not having any luck. My issue was either I was over qualified or no experience. How can one ever acquire the experience if the opportunity to work is never granted. Wal-Staf gave me the opportunity. I am able to do meaningful and purposeful work that allows me to make a real difference and impact and effect change while making a living to support myself and family. Give them a call and allow them to work with you to put you to work! Life works when you work at it. All the best everyone in your respective endeavors and those seeking work! I have been with Wal-Staf for well over a year. Connie and Susi are amazing. They have helped me with temporary jobs and always kept me employed. I am so grateful to everyone for being so professional, patient and definitely picking out positions that fit my needs. I was born and raised in Gainesville Florida but only moved back a little over a year ago. Santa Fe Community HR recommended Wal-Staf and I have never looked back. I have been seeking employment with wal staff for months and every time I call for work the receptionist always says they don’t have work that fits my qualifications (which is Clerical/ Receptionist) but on the website and on indeed it states they are seeking receptionist for the Gainesville area. Any time you call you can’t get past the receptionist and you never hear from the actual employers that work there because they never call back. Wal Staff only got one star from me because you have to atleast give one. This is the worst staffing agency ever! I’d recommend Temp Force or Kelly Services over them any day!
