We have been using Wallowa Valley Networks from the time they got up and running or since we arrived in Wallowa County. Other than the monthey bill they were invisible (unless there was an issue and they usually got to it before we found we had any issue) and that was just fine. Despite everyone wanting us to use their service because it was substantially cheaper, this was the best connection and for the money the fastest. We moved 3 times, always taking the same router and service with us. The prices actually went down and life was good. They continue to provide great service and are constantly looking for new ways to make things safer and better. We have also had at least 15 other internet providers during the period we have been with Wallowa Valley Networks in other states (my husband travels for months at a time for work) and in many large metro areas the service was not any better and usually was far more expensive. In rural areas, like Joseph, OR we flat out have never had anything better. Come to think of it, even when we were both gone for months at a time we never even had our service at home suspended, it was too good to mess around with.
