Walts windows is an arrogant unfriendly company. We cantacted them . The said they would call back. They did. They informed us when Walt would be coming to our house. We said we couldn't make that time. Well this didn't go over well at all with walts. They well this how Walt does it. He tells you when he's coming. This didn't work for us. They said they would call back. She didn't. Days went by. We gave her different dates we could make an appointment. She said she would call back. She never did. Walt didn't like the way we do business I guess. Terrible arrogant company.
