This place is totally useless! The only person I found helpful and with a personality, was the Veterans gentleman and Security gentlemen. I went seeking out of state guidance and was told that only one person, yes only one person could help me. Well, after finding out she was not in, I left a message and left the building disappointed. I proceeded to call and leave messages for the next 2 weeks without a response. Oh, on top of everything, I was given a telephone number to Trenton since they are the all mighty....that number wasn't in use! The claim process works great but anything out of the box is just too challenging for them.
