Overall Feedback:

Total lack of follow through with my senior citizen mother's taxes for the 2nd year in a row. Last year i had to make a stern call to get her appointment scheduled. Now, having her (already organized and -prepared) information for a month with no movement, my mom had to persist in scheduling her own last minute appointment. I am strongly recommending she find someone else next year.
