We used Mara to close on our house and purchase a new house. We had to call her and remind her do do things continuously, as did the other lawyers. She did not have the required paperwork in on time, when she had specific instructions of what was needed and in plenty of time to complete it. That resulted in delaying the sale of our house, purchase of our new house and we had to pay for an extension to our bank to keep the interest rate. As did the buyer of our house. Mara claims that she took the money off our bill to her, to make up for paying for the extension, but I have no way of knowing, I just have her word to go on. There were also several charges at closing that were incorrect and if i had not asked about them, I would have paid her more than I should have. She made a stressful time even more stressful and difficult.
