Client Review on Wellmore
Feedback:
My dad is at the Wellmore of Tega Cay and is the the hospital as we speak and I have call the director David 7 times and I’ve also texted him ! He never called back or checked on my dad at all ! My dad returned to Wellmore yesterday and the only administrative person so far we have dealt is Allison which she has been great ! I’m assuming we haven’t heard from the director is because the fault on the facilities fault of not following through with the directions where to take my dad if he needed to go to the hospital and the med Technicians telling my dad to oversaturate himself with Water when he got dehydrated! My dad was transported to piedmont where in turn the were treating him for severe dementia instead of dehydration at fault by the facility not providing accurate information ! I will continue to update my review for a explanation of why these procedures weren’t followed and what will be done to insure the safety of our family members !
