Overall Feedback:
Never will I ever go back to this business. I trust that Ms Whetzel is competent in her job, however her “bedside manner” is atrocious. Her office lacks privacy and she spent approximately 10 minutes of our 30 minute appointment berating us, with the door to the waiting room wide open. Her receptionist even threw in some side comments from her desk on the other side of the wall. We also paid her a significant amount of money for more time and instruction regarding small business tax estimates/bookkeeping and she did not provide either. I would give her zero stars if that was an option.
