4+ months and still haven’t received our tax return. Nearly impossible to get a hold of. Never returns calls or emails within a week or ever.

They did a decent job with my taxes while there in person. However, they are extremely non-responsive and almost impossible to reach via email or phone. The owner's personality is very abrupt and she comes across as rude and very inconsiderate.

Debbie Fincher, the owner of this business, has many years of experience preparing tax returns and helping taxpayers. Excellent service at an affordable price.

She filed my taxes wrong. Over the course of the last few months Ive been trying to fix it with the IRS and Georgia dept. of revenue. Ive attempted to contact Debbie at Willy Maes for several weeks but she doesnt answer by phone or email. Now that she cashed my check, she is ghosting me. There are several other better options.

Too busy talking and doesn’t pay attention to what she is doing which resulted in irs contacting us over 1099 that wasn’t included in our 2017 Taxes, the paper work was in front of her and it was just skipped over. Find someone else to do your taxes.

She never calls you back. I would not even give a star at all. We just learned that Debbie never did our taxes in 2016 from the IRS. Our 2017 taxes we still have. She lies all the time. We will never go back to her again.

Extremely careless and inconsiderate with her costumes .. Terrible experience with this service.. To many good ones out there to tolerate being lied to
