Thanks guys for the quick repair, Will has been very helpful with all my questions before coming in to get my phone fixed. I was on a trip and cracked my iphone screen and after searching Google for a shop, Will had me back on the road quick. Thanks guys and if I am ever by that way again I'll be sure to stop in! Game been there for a whole week and he never even touch it had to get my game back and then i had to fellow him 10 mile to a bank to cash his check just to get my money really bad service dont go still without a game😡😡😡😡😡😡

Well I called and talked to Will on 11-27-2017 about my note 5 camera replacement. He charged my credit card for the parts and labor and said the parts should be there in a couple days. I called a lot of times before I FINNALY got the girl that works in there. I had to leave a message for Will to call me back. A week later I FINNALY got that girl again. She said he would call me back but, I told her I herd that last time and have never herd from him. She put him on the phone and He assured me that the parts would be there in a few days. Well, 2 1/2 weeks later no word from him and still a broken camera. It's been going on for over a month and can not get up with them. Now, I have seen where he has replied to reviews other people have rote so, if you are reading this you can call David, I know you have my number cause I left it with you and that girl a couple times. 1-16-18 updateWill had contacted me and made things right.I am changing my review to 4 star as I have mentioned, I have felt with him before and I was satisfied. I understand that things can happen in life that others don't understand.Thanks for making thing right.

Great business and Will, the owner, is the greatest. They have been out to my house twice and removed viruses from my computer. Reasonable priced also. Highly recommend!

I am new to the area and googled computer repair when my laptop became damaged. I took my laptop in for a quote and left with it even more damaged. I expect businesses to be honest and not try to swindle customers. My gut feeling was that I was being swindled, which was confirmed a few days later. To add to that, I did not like how the owner yelled at his employee, who seemed to be a very nice lady.

I do NOT recommend Will's!!! He replaced the screen on my Moto Z2 Force. When my boyfriend picked it up, Will recommended we purchase a LifeProof case because the screen was not making contact. Why should I have to purchase a new case when I have a perfectly good case and the screen is shatterproof??? When we took the phone back, Will said he would replace the screen for the cost of a new screen $100. The initial cost was $120. Upon researching the web, we found multiple guaranteed sites to purchase the screen for $40. What happened to your guarantee? It had only been a week. I cannot access my home screen without pressing on one part of the screen with one hand while trying to navigate with the other hand. I can't even hang the phone up when I finish a call. The work was poor. The customer service was less than poor. Will is very unprofessional and uncaring. Once he has been paid, he is done. I will be telling everyone about my experience with Will. I will share my experience with the 2000+ followers on my Facebóok, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat, as well as word of mouth and any other way I get. Thank you for proving their are businesses out there that are only out to make money and could care less about the customers. #donttrustwillscomputerrepair #hedoesnotcare
