I do NOT recommend Will's!!! He replaced the screen on my Moto Z2 Force. When my boyfriend picked it up, Will recommended we purchase a LifeProof case because the screen was not making contact. Why should I have to purchase a new case when I have a perfectly good case and the screen is shatterproof??? When we took the phone back, Will said he would replace the screen for the cost of a new screen $100. The initial cost was $120. Upon researching the web, we found multiple guaranteed sites to purchase the screen for $40. What happened to your guarantee? It had only been a week. I cannot access my home screen without pressing on one part of the screen with one hand while trying to navigate with the other hand. I can't even hang the phone up when I finish a call. The work was poor. The customer service was less than poor. Will is very unprofessional and uncaring. Once he has been paid, he is done. I will be telling everyone about my experience with Will. I will share my experience with the 2000+ followers on my Facebóok, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat, as well as word of mouth and any other way I get. Thank you for proving their are businesses out there that are only out to make money and could care less about the customers. #donttrustwillscomputerrepair #hedoesnotcare
