Well I called and talked to Will on 11-27-2017 about my note 5 camera replacement. He charged my credit card for the parts and labor and said the parts should be there in a couple days. I called a lot of times before I FINNALY got the girl that works in there. I had to leave a message for Will to call me back. A week later I FINNALY got that girl again. She said he would call me back but, I told her I herd that last time and have never herd from him. She put him on the phone and He assured me that the parts would be there in a few days. Well, 2 1/2 weeks later no word from him and still a broken camera. It's been going on for over a month and can not get up with them. Now, I have seen where he has replied to reviews other people have rote so, if you are reading this you can call David, I know you have my number cause I left it with you and that girl a couple times. 1-16-18 updateWill had contacted me and made things right.I am changing my review to 4 star as I have mentioned, I have felt with him before and I was satisfied. I understand that things can happen in life that others don't understand.Thanks for making thing right.
