Very rude, you can tell this is the type of practice that doesn't look for new clients. This is one of five practices I spoke with today and I can tell you this was the worst experience. If you are not going to benefit these people in a significant way, then they will not care about you. This is the kind of place that only takes on "big" clients. If you are just a regular person don't even bother trying.

Jason has been immensely helpful each year for our small business since we incorporated. He has caught what could have been major costly errors with plenty of time to resolve without penalty as well as taken the time to teach us about many of the burdensome administrative tasks that need to be done.
