dunno when this was built. would be a nice research project for someone to look into... but the layout is circular like a UFO. it was like Apple's HQ many decades i'm sure before Apple popularized the building layout. voting is always efficient and the various local town services are super quick due to the layout, you can go around and round ti you find what you need done.plus, the folks supporting the town are amazing. so stellar building layouts and also top notch services all around.
