Never a human to help you. Needed to change my online info.all I got was a voice mail and never got a call back. I just stopped trying and was never able to apply for my benifits. Im sure its to late now.no help from this agency. SOOOO SAD?

Slow. Slow. Slow. Behind in technology. Not enough seating to support wait volume. Have to stand up to use computers. No matter how many people are waiting to be seen, all of the personnel leave for lunch at the same time for a little over an hour. Oh, they do leave a receptionist at the desk during lunch to keep telling the clients to have a seat.
