Overall Feedback:

Spoke with rep 5 months ago and explained to not worry about stopping my pay deduction since loan will be paid in 5-6 months anyway. 3 months in they stop my payments at my job, so I was under impression I was settled since I never authorized any stop of payments. Now my interest went up and processing fees. I have the funds to pay since I found a job, but just felt like they abused knowing I can pay to make more money and now my hands are tied. I feel that other students are been target it. Please help Share your experience!
