They accidentally sent the results of a hair follicle I did for my own personal records, to the opposing party I have been fighting in court. I take regular tests that are court ordered. I took a hair follicle foIr a completely seperate and confidential issue long before I started going for regular court ordered tests for a totally unrelated matter. (no release signed, not court ordered for this one, and paid in cash). They were late sending my regular court ordered tests and must have scrambled and just quickly sent my entire file. Including the one very private and critical test that was NOT suppose to be sent to ANYONE besides myself. Totally different time and issue.Mistake like this can ruin someones life. Hippa violations are serious.I strongly urge anyone to use a different facility for important matters like court cases. The later hours of operation are -not- worth the surprises and terrible organization. How hard is it to keep private information seperated. Theres only 1 sheet of paper to read. Very nice employees. But very big mistake.
