BewareI took my company yearly drug screening at this location. During the initail test all seemed normal I listed my prescriptions, most importantly listed that i am prescribed adderall and took my test and waited for the results. A week or so later my employer contacts me stating that I am fired due to testing positive for meth. I had a meeting with my employer and explained that adderall shows up as amphetamine on a drug test. They showed me the results that wiz quiz sent them and the paper stated "positive for METH" nothing about my prescriptions and nothing stating that it was I was actually testing positive for aphetamine not meth. I had to contact wiz quiz and get a copy of the paper work i filled out showing my prescriptions listed. And then they sent me the actual lab results showing it was amphatemine that I tested positive for, not the drug meth. In addition so sending my company inaccurate information, they never called me to advise me of the positive result. Which by law they are required to do. This company is a joke and the obviously they dont take their job very seriously or pay any attention to detail. I will never use this facility again and neither will my company.
