Mr. Stukey is a fraud. He is the principal officer for Fathers For Equal Rights and enforces a policy on the less fortunate that they are required to enter in a legally binding non-refundable membership for a consult with an attorney that you do not choose, they are chosen for you. Mr. Stukey gave the directive to charge my husbands account for this, we asked for a refund same day and were promptly cussed out and yelled at by Mr. Stukey the next day Whom suggested if I couldn’t handle his yelling condescending attitude, his organization could not help me anyway (read the google reviews they’re all similar stating no help and extremely rude employees and CEO) William Stukey is NOT certified as a CPA or an investment broker you can check it out yourself. I used sec.gov and a financial advisor resource for consumers to validate the credentials of a person before letting them handle your money. This man is a fraud. And is making money from people who come to his organization seeking help, whom he then puts in a system that DOES NOT help them. They stole my card info, charged me twice. I ended up in the ER today because I am unable to pay for my insulin because of his organization stealing money from us and stealing our card info then charging it over 40 days after we were involved with the organization and had already requested a refund. I wouldn’t trust him with $5
