I bought a Generac emergency generator in early fall. It wasn’t connected until mid-May. The first time I lost power (Yesterday, June 4), it ran for 20 minutes, then quit. I was told someone was on the way to see what went wrong and would arrive in the afternoon. No one came, and no one called to say they weren’t coming.I give them one star because, when they did show up, they were friendly and courteous.

This company has owed 2000 dollars to Thwaits Exc. LLC for over 2 years. As a young business owner i thought that a business that had been operating for as many years as they have, could be trusted but, obviously i was wrong. Some of the best lessons learned are the hardest ones.
