This is a typical government funded program where there are a lot of people doing a lot of things, mostly paperwork and repetitive questions, takes forever and goes nowhere. Been working with them to help find my special needs son a job and that started in November. It's July now and we were just moved along to take our next step. It started with the exact same questions we just spent the last 6 months answering. I was you can't be serious. Just to add how sad the situation is there. Their answering machine plays this ear piercing flute music full blast and there is no way to avoid it when you call. The staff said they know about it and it drives them crazy too but there is nothing they can do about it. Really? It's been that way for 6 months and nobody can fix the hold music? No words ♀️. It also took me 5 times entering the extension number before I could get through to leave a message.

If you're eligible the process might take some time, but it's totally worth it. They have many resources (coaches, financial support, workshops) and ways they can help if you're looking for Training, Employment or both.
