The Work BC office at Broadway and Arbutus is the worst.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE. All Work BC is all about employment for them.They post mostly low paying jobs,that anyone with a computer could apply for and would probably be hired for.THIS IS JUST A PLACE WHERE EMPLOYERS WHO CANNOT GET OR RETAIN GOOD HELP GO TO HIRE DESPERATE PEOPLE.Svetlana is the only good worker this place has.I would be curious to have WORK BC publish their success rates of people keeping their jobs beyond 3 months.Govt. really needs to review all the staff and find what they are NOT getting for the money spent.There are many better places that will craft a resume for you ,lend you a computer and help with anything you need. ALL ARE FREE,just look them up and avoid the attitude you will get with this Org.They cannot even keep appointments and are always late and make you wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
