I worked with Sarah and Chase in Orange County, CA office, and I had a great experience. Initially I had to come in-person to meet the team, it took around 1hr, they screened me but also already had some opportunities lined up. I communicated that my main requirement is I wanted to interview onsite ASAP, as I both needed a job and wanted a company with a fast and direct process. They were able to match me with someone who was looking for my exact resume and my salary expectations, I went onsite and overall it took me a month from first contact with Workbridge to a start day, which I am very happy with. Even though their office looked like a dynamic place, all meetings were on-time and Sarah was in contact with me daily when needed and ready to talk through my concerns. I liked companies that they pitched and I think if I had more time or different priorities I would be interested - it felt like they have a large enough pool to find something for my location and different interests.Sarah and Chase were effective and pleasant to work with, I would highly recommend that team if you are looking for a technical role.
