I called to get some information and get answers to a few questions I had and was unable to find online, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude. Didn't even offer to try and answer my questions. Repeatedly kept telling me "just go to the website and look". Even after I informed her that I had already visited the website and could not find the answers or information that I needed. I understand they are providing employment for people, but there's no reason to rude and nasty to me as if they were better than me because I'm looking for a job and they have one. Very unprofessional and uninformed or lazy employees.
