Working for this company is definitely partaking in the good ole boy system. They are closed-minded. There is no culture and they lack diversification. If they didn't need translators, the Spanish speaking people wouldn't be there. This work is so boring that it's like watching paint dry. The highlight is getting off one hour early on Friday and being able to wear jeans. The office you're in is actually a converted closet. There's no window. Just you, a computer, desk, and chair. There's no orientation or proper onboarding provided. No job description other than the job posting online. It is very dinosaur age like with no clarity and expectations. They talk behind your back and don't include you in the discussions, so you don't have a say so. The last person left because she couldn't take sitting in a closet with no window and continue working in an environment that lacked excitement and life. She barely smiled and I soon was in the same predicament .This will zap the life out of you. If you decide to work here just know that it's a dead end job with no growth. You can dress down but some people come to work sloppy looking so have at it. Be aware of what you're going into. The money isn't worth the mental aggravation and if you don't like to be micro-managed, go the other way.
