I've never personally used their services but have multiple friends that do. Just today, one friend called the office and was told to come pick up a slip so he could work today. When he arrived, he was told he was never confirmed to come in and they had no work for him. The customer service is horrible, if you are not Hispanic. This isn't isolated to just them. All of the Hispanic run temp services in Chicago seem to be run this way. You can get a call confirming work one hour and receive a call the next hour stating that job isn't available anymore but they will offer you something for less pay and further away.
