my experience is thus far is very unsatisfying, i called the company i worked for and they told me workforce termed me then workforce tells me the company terms me, so calling workforce back and because i explained my view of a confusing and unsatisfying experience workforce get all upset and say they didn't like my previous review and i was "bad mouthing" them in my review, well here it is WORKFORCE RESOURCE is nothing more but an excuse for a temp agency, i've seen better temp agencies do more than workforce, i've seen people walk into temp agencies and the very next day have a job where as work force its takes months to even get somewhere with them considering before i even got my job making $14.66/hour i've called twice a week sometimes even 3 times a week just to hear them tell me there is nothing for me. I've seen and been in better temp agencies that work hard to find you a job(kelly services being one of them) and it would take no more then a 2 weeks at best. and i hope Workforce sees this and reads it, you guys thought i was bad mouthing you in my last review well now you can say i am bad mouthing you, and another thing ITS CALLED A REVIEW for a reason i didn't know that workforce resource would get all high and mighty over a review that didn't make them out to be this perfect company. I'm in no way shape form or fashion sorry i speak my mind and how i felt about the situation that i'm at least 50% sure workforce had a hand in. I will not be using this company at all due to my experience of which i had and i just can't work for or with a company that cant take a bit of constructive criticism.
