I have been trying to get a hold of my WIOA intake specialist for almost a month now with no success. I’ve called almost every day and have left two voicemails and have yet to receive a call back. It’s just really, really frustrating.

I had always heard that the Work Force Solutions was supposed to be a place of resources and friendly staff that are eager to help you get in your feet and help you through the frightening process of being played off from a job of 20 years. Well that was not our experience. The staff teaching the class was really cool because he told you all of the tips to make sure they didn't just jerk you off unemployment. The rest of the staff we dealt with and the counselor that took us back were very rude. She asked at the beginning what was I having a problem with and I never got to answer before she flat out interuptted assigned me 3 classes one being resumes and how to make them when I had already had 3 for specific fields and professionally made. What a poor experience you would get more help on Google
