I’d give zero stars if I could. Called asking for information on $$ or help w a boces program and there wasn’t a single person who could give me a straight answer. I called to make an appointment and was told I couldn’t. Came down to be seen and was told I couldn’t because there was an APPOINTMENT ahead of me. I asked if the class qualified for aid and I just kept getting that they were unsure but Madison county was able I tell me right away. They also called me uneducated because I wanted to know what to bring to the appointment and because I wanted information. I was also told I wasn’t going to land a job once I got a certification from boces. They were rude and unhelpful. I’ll be reporting them to the state.

Extremely rude supervisor when I needed to reschedule due to the loss of a close family member. Didn't even let me explain why I needed to reschedule before chuckling and telling me I couldn't claim for the week.

Unorganized and unhelpful. Rude had them transfer me to the wampsville office. They are very helpful at that office

If you don't have any clue, or are unwilling to look for work on your own, and have absolutely no computer skill or access to a computer, this MIGHT be for you. Otherwise, save yourself the ridiculous amount of paperwork and time. Don't expect anything more than a patronizing quick study of how to use the internet to look for jobs. I may not have been the type of individual who could ever get much out of this service, as I'm a tech enthusiast with a degree, but damn, I didn't take kindly to being walked through how to use a search bar.
