Rude and unprofessional. Their business hours aren’t accurate. I called to figure out how to align my schedule with theirs and all I got was an attitude over the phone. They’re business has gotten to the point where they don’t care about their customer service. They are always in a rush. Always rude. I will not be coming back and I strongly advise anyone else to take their business somewhere. Just awful.

I recently contacted this place to send me a PDF document of my tax returns. I sent a very formal email, wishing him well, signed it and thanked him for his work. He replied without greeting me, without complete sentences, and in a very rude manner. I don't have access to a scanner and he treated me as if I was stupid I didnt think of a scanner in the first place. His unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and I advise going with someone else for your tax returns.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. Once you hand them your w-2's you have to pay them 55 dollars or else! They spent 5 minutes with us, and rushed us out the door. We came an hour away and were told we couldn't pick up our taxes yet that they would call us in a day or so. We called them and we got home and asked if we could cancel it because you're from out of town and we were going to have a very good chance to come back and pick up our papers later . And they said we could come and pick up our papers but they were still going to charge us for the services they provided. They told us they were open till 6 so I made arrangements at work to be off in time to make here before 6, only to be told they close at 5 that day only!!! And they would not make an exception to help me out. So l was forced to use their "services" and now I'm down 55 bucks and I'm having to do my taxes over again with a company that is competent and will do them quickly and efficiently in time for me get them done before the 16th!!!!! Don't do business with them!!!!!
