Overall Feedback:

Alex and his team met with us last year to talk about our VoIP needs. He sold us on Nextiva and I’m a convert now. These are great people, with a great platform. It’s making my life much easier. The team who are on the front lines have all the tools at their disposal and they can address a customer issue in half the time.
